Hi, is there anyone here good with link building?
And guarantee to get at least PR 2 after next google PR update?

What is your site based on and how many visitors you get? page ranking will mainly depend on site content and updation plus visitors to your site

That's not how PR really works.
By doing update to the site and good content, is not enough to achieve high PR. Most important one to get high PR is to do link building.

Alec is right for page rank content is not everything you have to get good no of back links and search engine ,directory submissions like stuffs.BTW Alec which site you want to increase Pr and what is your budget.

I really don't want to say my budget because that will make anyone bid all of my budget, not his/her real price

well if you can't share your budget you can tell your site uRL here or not?i think by telling your site URL it will not be any problem?And what is your current Alexa rank?

I don't have the site yet, this is a new project, but will be started in next few week or month, because I'm quite busy right now.
