well, that person surely will convert it manually.
There are many free wordpress template and free blogger template, maybe you can search rather than convert them
well i also searched but i'm sure that is done by some software because some site giving same to same wordpress theme as it is in blogger converted and in hand it is impossible to make 100% SAME.
ya absolutely right they must using any software , otherwise they don't make tons of theme in a day........
