I don't think we can do that perfectly with any software.
Their programming code is a little bit different

i also searched but failed i think some thing must be there and no body is disclosing what i got only people doing taking $10 /$15

well, that person surely will convert it manually.
There are many free wordpress template and free blogger template, maybe you can search rather than convert them
