well i can't guarantee ,infact no body can about the nature of emails ,i can give you email ids of different countries alphabetically arranged.And my charge is $10 for 10000 emails.

Can you pl elaborate but if you need emails of any professions like what Satyakam said then i think it is very difficult ,may be it can cost you more money like hundreds of dollar.

well. since you bought those email account and how could you check whether those email account is active or not?
i don't know there are ways to check this.
