Cool Man Nothing wrong with Debasis 's reply though i'm very new here but i'm active in this section and other section where Debasis is active ,you should write in polite word that "sorry for late response and you can proceed with your normal requirement but you used wrong wordings which is not good .

Hey you should not take it otherwise Debasis just made a general complain ,nothing wrong in his manner?because he had done hard job preparing those banners and within 6 days you didn't reply here so any body will think negatively but you are taking negatively and he had shown his frustration openly it is not talking behind.
