Thats why i said this is illegal business, and they not only selling VVC for paypal only and many other payment processor VCC card too. Since this is a threat to those payment processor, that why i don't understand why they didn't take legal action against them.
Its not like that they dont know it.They know it but dont know why they are not taking any action.May be they are ignoring it but dont know why.
