I am eager to know alec11's trick to get a new adsense account after once it got banned. I suppose, we have to change a lot of things before applying it for the second time.

change name, address, IP address, re-install OS and website.
It's a little blackhat thing, but don't worry, they won't find you.

well one can apply from a cyber cafe with a new payee name address has no problem but payee name is important.
