Hi friend i want to sell my site can you give an idea where to sell except site point ,because site point asking for $20 .

any way u can search in google - "free classified ads"

Then u can find lots of free site - just sing up there and post ur adsfor 15days - 30 days...

U can sell these way ur site... one of my friend also did it...

I knew about site point but as you told that is a paid service another way is selling in digital point but you need to qualify for giving selling threads.

well i have tried site point but lost $20 if any body will spend more money then it will show on front page and one will have fair chance to get customers but otherwise not ,i'll try at DP.Thanks

Well, satyakam, you can sell your website at sedo.com , you can even park your domain there, and offer a prices for selling your domain, let the buyer bid and offer you prices too. This is a good place to buy and sell domain.

IN sedo you can sell web sites also ,but your site should have some minimum requirement like follows
* Your website has its own navigational structure and content on various pages
* It is not a domain parking page or a page with advertising content only
* The website can be reached directly from the main URL – Content that can only be reached via subdomains or forwarding cannot be classified as a project.
* Neither the domain name nor the project content violates trademark or naming laws
* Websites of erotic nature must have a homepage that contains sufficient measures to protect minors.

well john i tried in SEDO but could not get any link to sell my site i have asked to them through mail lets see how they can help.

Friend, you can sell your websites either on sedo.com or domaining.com. As far as I know these two websites are famous for selling domains and mostly by bidding though. You can set minimum price to start-off bidding.

Well the domaining is not giving site sell.It is just the domain sell.I think you will get more money in domain sell.As per my experience.

ya i saw that they are giving option for domain sell yes i can present my site as domain but peculiar thing is they are not allowing site name containing nos or digits.

Well this way it will be very hard to sell domains there.I am using almost all domains with some digits in between as it is hard now to get domains without it.

No lemon it is not the same one can sell his domain in 10 to 420 or popular domain can be sold at maximum in $100 but a site can't be sold in such cheap rate though site is attached with domain but one can remove the database and only sell domains.

why they are not allowing a site to sell if they have a digit it is really a strange rule then so many good sites can't be sold because now a days many sites using digits in site names.
