Ya archy you can do this , there are two ways for this..if you want a dynamic themes then you need to install a valid XML template but if you want to make a beautiful static site or want to make a static site with table format then you need to do one thing first design a theme and install it from ur control panel then your site will be perfect .if anybody need any blogger theme then feel free to tell me i will send you a theme according to your needs and no need to search for a blogger theme on internet.
