If we can engaged ourself with Odesk with their hourly jobs, then it will be really great, as it seems like a part time salary to us, our income is promised. I think i will have to seriously take some jobs with them now.

yes your right! you have to download software if you are working on hourly rate, but if you accept fixed job no need to monitor., i had joined also and i only charge $3 for hourly rate for beginners..but now no time to do the job but i will soon accept job offers by the employers.

So, you means you already have job offers from the employers but you just don't have time to accept the job? It is really a waste, cos i see many people looking for offers and is hardly get the job, you have a chance should at least finish it.

He is wrong you are right eddie many people waiting for job no body is just rejecting offers or he/she has privilege to reject or accept offer with his/her option.

It is good that you got one offer but you rejected but can it put any impact on your feedback score ?Because good feedback may affect or decide your future jobs.

Many freelancer trying their best to get a job there, and you get it but just reject it? I think if you are not interested on the particular job, you should n't bid it, as it may has give bad impression to the employer. They may not offer you jobs anymore in future.

yes you are right it will give negative impact on feedback score ,may be after bidding if any body will give hard work compare to money one may not accept.

I think that offer that traveler get is for article writing and i think that the topic given was not of her interest i guess declining the offer properly would not give you negative impact at all as long as you decline it properly.

ya thats correct some times we just bid for article writing as general but dont know which type of article the client will give us so if any unusual hard topic you will get better to refuse politely.
