yes that is what i noticed on this site . more people are giving their bid and no one is taking their bid. looks like more are looking for job than those who are looking for workers . and i have read that some people have been waiting for long time till now have not any job from this site.

It is common that normally there are more freelancer than job offerers. Normally job offerers will also like to work with those freelancer that have works with them before, thats why new freelancer may need to wait for a long time to get a job.

yeah it is quite frustrating specially to new ones who will be making their bids. i too just gave up on this one. and there are only few employers who are looking for some easy jobs. mostly are looking for people with expertise on some computer language. i am looking actually into encoding only but data encoding without computer language.

Moreover, I also think that as the job offerers are mainly from US, canada or other european countries, they are also looking for the workers from these regions only. Members from other countries will find it difficult to grab a job there.

yes we from other countries will have difficulty to find jobs. and mostly international users look for job and rarely offer job from these international countries. i though t it was good to find job here. it was hard . if not impossible. and the earning is not that great tooo cause of bidding system.

The jobs are very competetive there. So for one job many people competes. That's why it is difficult to get a job. There is no country biasness i guess.

Well if I were to compare odesk from GAF I think it's much easier to get a freelance job at GAF than in odesk. And there are more data entry jobs you will get from GAF. This is based on my experienced.
