Anyone learnt web designing without joining a course?

I didn't take a specific course in learning webpages design. i just learn it from different forum by asking around how to do it when i using a free hosting to start up with. It is really quite a interesting learning to do my own site, but i am not good at all, still a long way to learn.

By just talking or posting in forums and all you cannot learn web designing and it is not that easy.You have to get into water to learn swimming and here also you have to take a course either online or by taking classes or else its difficult

I too believe you are right about that my friend proper learning must be done in order for one to master webdesign. But for now little knowledge by hands on experience would be a great help to by learning the basics in this way it would save you more time when you are learning it on classes or online tutorial.
