It is easy if you join classes but I think that they teach too fast and we cannot learn the exact things that we want to.
For me, nowadays, we can learn anything for free from internet.
Even we can learn foreign language for free on internet

If we want to learn programming, then we can go to w3school.com, and to learn blogging, we can go to problogger.
Things is easier now since internet era
