As of my experience some minor details like adding second name and middle initials can be added to your name like for example your full name is Jhon Lyod T. Cruz then you forgot to put Lyod T. just contact them then they will add that detail to your name.

well. if that Lyod T is a family name that would be impossible paypal can add/change it on your account. as per above said. family name is not allowed to change at all.

Lyod for the second name and T for the middle initial. The support just add my second name and the middle initial they are the one who did it.
