How do you change your account name in paypal?

I contacted papal by sending them mail. The add the minor detail that was lucking in my name my second name and my middle initials. I still am wondering if this would be the answer to the error.

they corrected your name to what you requested already?that's good..

yes they already add the small detail since it was not a major problem but they say if it was going to be a major change like change the whole name then they will need some proof or valid ID but since mine was only adding minor detail like middle initials and my second name then they change it within 24 hours.
