Yes and since he sold verified account.They can track him down by his credit card or debit card and so he can get into trouble.
revvv1234 i don't think buyer will any face any kind of problem first he will not use his account or debit card to withdraw funds and second he cheated once a PP so withdrawing funds from this account he might use any other ways like depositing money in his bank account and he will send money to any other peoples or transfer money to unverified account and then withdraw it instantly once he get hard cash in hand no one can do anything.
