Even I have seen many people selling their paypal limited accounts or paypal verified accounts for some prices. And even some people likes to buy those accounts. I wonder what benefit the buyer will get because he can't withdraw the pp funds in his bank account when the paypal name is different. They nor can change their names or anyt basic details. They can change only address.

But basically question arises that why do people buy these accounts? If people can withdraw account freely on paypal?

revvv1234 i don't think buyer will any face any kind of problem first he will not use his account or debit card to withdraw funds and second he cheated once a PP so withdrawing funds from this account he might use any other ways like depositing money in his bank account and he will send money to any other peoples or transfer money to unverified account and then withdraw it instantly once he get hard cash in hand no one can do anything.

But still you can not guarantee this. There is risk exist because seller is selling his verified account and i do not think that people should sell their verified account.

That's a good decision you made. Selling our account is not worth the risk since it is our personal details that's on the line.

Even my account is not verified then also i might get problem with IP address if i open any account from same IP my account will get limited without any notice so selling any kind of Payment processor account is bit risky.

Re: People sell their paypal account?
but don't you think that their account could be misused by another person, anyways verifying paypal is difficult for most of us so they will verify and sell their account i guess

Re: People sell their paypal account?
But till 500$ you do not need to verify your account. You can easily cash out your money with unverified account and charges for that also are negligible at least in india.

Well if we have verified account we can all features and service provide by PP with un verified account most of time we face some problem and can't use all service and features and that's why buyers ready to buy verified account most of time.

that is my question. how can we add our own bank account if it is bought from otehrs. cause the information in the bank account must tally with the information with our paypal account. they will easily see if there is some thing wrong with it.

Yes, if we change the bank account details, it is already obvious that we couldn't do that, as you said the family name must be same, how can we goi buy a paypal account with others and mentioned that the seller must have the same family name with us. It is just hard to impossible to find that seller.

well.people buy other's paypal account because they have no option to crate one by themself. paypal do not support their country.
