Even if you plan to group funds together with members, take note that the leader who receives the funds will have receives lower as when he receives it the EGC charges fees on i, then the leader go and exchanges when receives back the money from LR again another charges been deducted from ther leader. Unless those members is willing to pay more to the leader to cover services charges, if not it is unfair to the leader.

yes u are correct i haven't think about it i will face so many charges but after all i can't do anything of LR so i will exchange directly for bank account from that exchanger site to my friends LR account so i will not face huge charges but let's see this is my personal thinking.

What is the exchanger site that you mentioned that support direct exchanges to local bank account? I normally find out that exchange surpport for ecurrency exchanges, never tried before for direct exchange to local currency.
