I'm 100% sure you can use same email in all processors for multiple accounts. Even I have three accounts in LR, Ecu (with same email address) and two accounts in EGC and PM with same email address.
Don't you think it is too obvious that people that creating accounts with the same email is confirm to have multiple accounts there. I wonder is it all payment processor is allowing multiple accounts.

By the way, lemon, why you need so many accounts for those payment processor?
