Well but if ur account is inactive more than specific period EGC would close your account and nil your account balance s better try to recover old account and withdraw funds and i will not prefer to open multiple account LR can catch us by using same proxy for multiple accounts.
Well, I don't have any balance in any of my EGC accounts, so I don't need to concern about closing accounts. About LR multiple accounts, I think you have to read this thread or LR FAQ.
