Today I tried to login into my account but I forgot my password. Even the option "forgot my password" to recover our password is not working. So I had to again create a new account to login. Hope they fix up the password recovery feature soon.

ah. so we are allowed the create multiple account on EGC like LR also?
if the password can't be recoveried then if someone forget their password..that account is only hold by the EGC itself then..

i have tried to contact yesterday but not able to do it but today when i have tried send report i have manage to send some testing report now lemon u can contact for your first account recovery and still forgot your password page is not working.
