How to convert evo money

I have heard that paypal does not allow moneyexchangers. So does EVO allow moneyexchangers or it is also strict about it?

Well they have facility in evopay.net but it is not that simple they need minimum 4200 and i think goldmoneyexchange still accepting.

I heard a news that even GMX also didn't support EVO exchange already. Even that they seem still putting the rates there, but whenever you want to fund your evo money to them, then a pop up messages will said that this exchanges is temporally disabled. So, now we are no way to exchange evo.
