I think evopay and evo visa credit card is the same services provided by evopay. So, you said the launch of evopay, actually is the same as lauch of evo credit card. I only heard that the merchant who using evo as payment processor may get evo credit card, may be GET admin have one, ask him you may find out more.
Well as per i know EVO pay is company held by one of EVO founder and they have only started own exchanger service.
and those are EVO merchants have been listed they might have EVO credit card and debit card their is no issue on that and but their is no special use of EVO credit card for members as their is no way to earn money in EVO account and then pay credit card debts .
