Good suggestion, I'm not really using the site to make money but those who do aren't really given much incentive to post decent replies. I would have thought a 'reward' system would be better. For example, higher payments for more sharing on the social networks or a 'like' system where you get higher payouts for the higher quality replies. Only my 2 cents worth!
