If you really put effort in making a profitable site, it is better you go for forum, you do not need to offer PTP when you first launched, you may take some time and see your own ability only slowly make a low rate forum. i dont agree with you ,though making of PTC sites not advisable but i dont agree that without paying or paying low rate any body will come to your site ,people are more greedy or selfish or opportunists what ever you term it they always compare the rate with other sites.
