Do you include frames in a website?
I have worked on frames in websites but still prefer to develop websites without frames as it is troublesome to design a website with frames most of the time

I have hardly seen any good or famous site which use frames. Though I don't know real reason why they don't use it, I heard that it makes the site loading slow so people avoid it.

I once tried to introduce frame in one of my pages of my website. I need it because I want a certain portions of my screen would remain fixed, and the remaining portion get scrolled. at that time one of my freinds in this forum has helped me a lot, but ultimately I couldn't use it in proper way and my realisation is 'it is very difficult to use'.

I never used frame on my site because adsense will reject my site for using frames.

Thanks.
