Can i add my credit card even if stopped paying the bill ?

well i think that you can't use it any more. you shuold have used that when it is still working . cause when paypay verify your credit card which is now not being used i think that they will not be able to verify it any more if it is no longer working. it is no longer valid.

Friend, you should have understood it properly. He means his credit card hasn't expired but it's in negative balance without paying bill for a long time, so I don't think he can use his credit card now at this moment because paypal takes $1.95 from credit card while linking credit cards, and since the $1.95 cannot be taken at this moment, it's not possible.

Yes, You Can Use it, but before that just check that expire details of your CC and Remember You must have a Balance on your CC, which will be deducted by the PayPal during the Verification Process...

I think the statement you made is correct.Paypal need s only that key and not the transaction so that they can verify your account.
