What One Should Consider?

Before starting or designing a mailing service what should consider a developer? Is He/she give emphasis on designing and layout part or any other facilities which is not available in other available mailing Service? Hope Here someone give any reply because except very selective people nobody like to participate in these section, everyone like to active in money making sections.

While designing something like mailing service, see that you don't involve much of flash in that and it is just enough if other things are perfect there

Thanks for the reply but i am wondering that except other mailing service which extra features should be there in a mailing service that one will choose it and love to use it also.
