Yeah that is good idea if i use proxy they can't catch me but problem is i need original documents and credit card for verification that is complicated for me but anyway i am going to approach any my friend to provide me credit card so i can use PP account in his name.

well. i heard that paypal can catch you easily if you use some proxy . even the high annoyed proxy also not safe to them. plus for the original docs.it's not a good way to use this way.

ya that i know PP can catch me but i can't do anything till i don't use Proxy as i need one PP account from where i can do transaction and withdraw money and their is no other way that PP so i need to take risk.

My account has been limited when somebody hacked it and paypal then asks for valid photo ids to support my data. It's hard to fake documents like those when asked.

Well at least they are going to verify your account just go ahead and send them scam copies of ID and Address proof your account limitation will get lifted after they verify your documents.
i have send documents twice but still i am facing same problem.

I've actually sent them real copies, I don't want to mess when it comes to my account.

I think you should make your account unlimited otherwise you will not get your payment.

Yes it is necessary. You can not withdraw your money if your account is limited. Well you can receive payments but what will you do with it if you can't withdraw it.

Even if you are holding an unverified PayPal account, there will not be any problem in withdrawing of cash from Paypal as for unverified members they have some monthly limitation for cash withdrawal from Paypal

No we cannot receive or send money when our account is limited. It is clearly mentioned in the mail stated here by moneymoney in the first post of this thread.
