How we will creat a free forum and where we can creat it easily?Pls share here. Thanks in advence.

Its so simple first collect desire forum script then install it in your server then you need to manage your forum and configure it properly then you need to launch it and main thing is to make your forum bug free.

you need to customize it then it will became a PTP forum otherwise no forum by default providing this features you need to add this facility. For this you either have to hire a programmer/developer or purchase some features from any sites.
