@tom, sorry , its not $10 for voucher, its Rs 10/- for that and its true that arning is slow there, because i tried to make some points by uploading pictures and failed.

But the main problem is when whey uptodate my points - bez its still showing 325 now..

I think the site uses a script to update your points so your points should be credited automatically unless they mention that they will credit it automatically.
