looks like it's a job as customer service for them.
i don't think we can work on this site if we don't really fluent in english

yes, sort off like a customer service but you don't need to be that fluent as much as you can fully understand and can speak well in English is enough to understand..anyway i well just try my luck if not then leave it..besides there's no harm and trying ..

Although I think your customer will be reluctant to pay you or report to the official that you're not competent of giving advice, this a opportunity provided by those outgoing members to practise English, however I'm a shy one.

it's your choice whether you accept or not, you know yourself better than other so if you think that you are not capable enough to provide good service and i think this is not for you..
