yes, sort off like a customer service but you don't need to be that fluent as much as you can fully understand and can speak well in English is enough to understand..anyway i well just try my luck if not then leave it..besides there's no harm and trying ..

Well i am tired of testing new ways of earning. Now i don't try new ways of earning. But just try those which i think i will earn money. Most of the sites waste time in trying luck.

well it's up to you, you have your own choice whether you like to join or not, i just give it my thought about this so for me waste or time or not is okay, at least i tried and no regrets at all

i like to give such legal or any kind of technical advices to people and hecen i can earn money there. let me give a try.

i think paypal is their payment processor that's why i join since i have only paypal account and with regards on the payment rates it will be depend on you as advisor i just follow those instructions there and compare my rates from other members.

you are right these are just waste of time i also tried many sites like this but failed miserably.

Although I think your customer will be reluctant to pay you or report to the official that you're not competent of giving advice, this a opportunity provided by those outgoing members to practise English, however I'm a shy one.

it's your choice whether you accept or not, you know yourself better than other so if you think that you are not capable enough to provide good service and i think this is not for you..

same here, what I know, there's a paid to give review site, not paid to give advice.
Maybe it's being a forum moderator for paid to give advice
