well according to me always people should avoid very cheap hosting you may agree with me or not but if you are making a multi user site where multiple users will interact then never go with very cheap hosting those claim error free service just think and ask your self if they will give hosting at low cost like $2 to $5 per year then why they are doing business and why others hosting company are taking more ?they are not fool the real thing is there many factors while choosing a hosting ,speed,security,easy back up ,online support facility etc etc ,if your data will not be secured then no benefit of taking cheap hosting ,ask any expert they will suggest you same.
