    Well, the system requirement for CS 4 Final is different and the layout is different with Photoshop 7.
    And I'm not a designer, so, I just use Photoshop 2-3 times a week.
    that's why I don't think I need to use CS4 for now
    Yes, you are right as you are not a serious graphic designer using old version of photoshop is always better as you can also understand the tools easily and you also don't need higher system configuaration

    I personally think CS4 is a great version of photoshop today. It is the perfect software for professional photographers as well as the serious amateur photographers. A lot of graphic designers and web designers are also keen on using this software.
