unverified account in alertpay

I think that alertpay wont allow to transfer money to anywhere or from anywhere to your account unless your account is verified.

my AP account is unverified, but i can receive and send money to other AP accounts. so why do you say it is impossible?

friend.as per we discussed alertpay have different policy to different countries also. here in China the unverified accout only can receive money without any more features.

So, you still can receives fund form unverified ap, with my country policy, it even worst, i couldn't receives and send fund at all, in order to use ap i must verify my account if not it is like no use to me.

ah. that's really worse than here . and alertpay required you to verify it at the beginning of you use it. is that mean you need to provide your personnal information when you create account there or you are allowed to create account . but you need to verify it if you want to receive money or other further usages?

What i means is when i create an AP account, when i login, immediately i see my account is limited, i can't received and send money, add bank account and other necessary features. I must verify my account first only can use the features.
