unverified account in alertpay

I think that alertpay wont allow to transfer money to anywhere or from anywhere to your account unless your account is verified.

my AP account is unverified, but i can receive and send money to other AP accounts. so why do you say it is impossible?

friend.as per we discussed alertpay have different policy to different countries also. here in China the unverified accout only can receive money without any more features.

can't send money to others' AP account? why i can do it? I sent $1 to the admin of MTC 2 days ago. btw, it is bad to have to verify account in AP.

I don't know why AP have different policy to different country members, my account is totally send funds to others, if i received payment then the payment is permanently hold in the account there, it is really no point, and the verification of AP is taking longer than i expected. Always rejected my original documents, i really don't know what they want.
