Blogitive has been in this blog market for long time, of course they are legit. My recent payment from them received before 1 month ago. Blogitive is not that strict compare with other paid to blog site, they even accepts pr 0 rank site too.

If you start with PR 0 blog, although it may get approved by blogitivie, but chances of your earnings there is low, due to there won't be much advertiser interested for your blog to offer you a blog post jobs. Anyway, you may try too.
