yes right satyakam we have to won the bid also, if the jobgiver is having some low bidding guys who did some of his previous jobs nicely why to give that to the others, so its not my taste.

Actually the problem is you can be sure that lowest bidder will get the job some times highest bidder also get the job it purely depends on the employer thinking.
