have you purchased any market funds. how much is the return on most of the money market funds. do you think that money market funds are better then bank deposit schemes

no, i haven't purchased any market funds uptil now, the return i think where i live is 10- 11% other than market profit or loss, i think that the market funds are risky so bank deposits schemes are better

i have never bought any money market fund till yet but i think that money market funds are profitable, id on't buy then because they have too much of risk involved in them, i think that investing in banks schemes are safer than buying money market funds

Dear mustang, this thread is very old and I think your question is not clear. deposit in Banks are very safe and better than market fund.

I haven't ventured in that kind of business yet because I'm not very knowledgeable anyway. Maybe a year or so from now, I will dig more about the money market find.
