why visitor showing

Hi every body i find here visitor showing under some members name why is this they have registered and logged in still it is showing visitor?

Hi lemon just check some members here shown as visitor for ex take your id it is only showing lemon and below it is showing i was here more times but some ids showing visitors but they are registered users.Take example of an user Jenniferlinn,visitor showing under her name.
