but if we are earning from our referral commission how can we know that we have reached our minimum payout because he forum pays only once for our referrals when we have introduced them to the forum and they complete minimum posts there.but later on do we earn certain commission from their earnings?

forum pays the referral commission on the top of your payout.

Your minimum is 1000 GCs just by posting.

it means that even though our referral commission might be more the admin doesn't pay till we reach 1000 gold coins.but there are many members in mmk whose earning is more than $10 due to their referral even thought they aren't posting.they too have to complete 1000 gold coins to get the whole money?am i right?

yeah of course you must have 1k gold coins before you can request payout , then mod will check your request and add your referral bonus which you can withdraw next month.
