You are taking it in the wrong sense alec. Whenever new members come into picture, the issue is about trust. They join the forum on the basis of their referrer's trust. So they always have this doubt in mind that will they ever get paid ?
But in the case of old members they do know that whatever happens they are bound to get paid and the site can be trusted. So to make the new members feel comfortable CEO took this step. And it's not like old members will not get paid.

Ya, i also think the intention of CEO is just want to please everyone, especially new member will have doubts like me. So, alec you may have misundertanding here, although i also understand that if you are having pending payment, you want to get paid asap.

I think that CEO has taken right step by paying to the new members first. That will ensure their confidance in the forum and for the old members, they are sure that they are going to get their payment at some point of time.
Let us hope that the remaining pending payments are cleared as early as possible and then from the next month, they will have regular payments as they had few months back.

yes that is the way i see it. the admin or ceo wanted to encourage the new members to stay on the site and for us old members he expects us to know the admin more that he is really paying despite that we will be paid on the next of next month.

well i am also a new member of the site, and it's my first time to request payment for this coming 25th so hoping to received payment if they have to prioritize those new members then it's good so i can keep patronizing the site and well be more active..

I bet everyone here know about the PM from mr.microsoft if you really read and follow the thread here. Please don't post if you have nothing new to say, or just make me think that you are posting to get some cents here. Now we are discussing about the motif of CEO PM and seem everyone still having trust on him.

i agree with u that admin. should allow to make new request to old members so it will encourage old members to remain active in forum.nowadays i see many new members making majority of posts.many old members are missing in the forum.

I agree with this, as if old members payment is being delay a month, they may getting more credits during that time, they will have more credits with them but then not able to request new payout due to having an old payout. I should be allow them to either change their old payout or allow them to request new payout again in month end.

i guess that there were so many new members that have requested payout that was why there so many threads movied in paid sections. and only old members had requested payout and who had not been paid yet. we just hae to wait again more than a month then.

do u mean to say that still ceo has not completed making payments to all new members whose request were approved?total how many new members were there in the list that u provided to ceo?and what was the total amount?

Since moderator mr.microsoft is not responding to it, i think i will PM CEO and place this suggestion infront of him. Hope for the best.

That's correct, since even my old request (feb) hasn't paid yet, and during that time I've already collect more credit... should I request based on the last time GC I have or what?
