i think people will rather make their own blog than buy from others. cause it is not hard to make your own. but to make it popular is hard. and hardly any one will sell it if is really poular cause it can earn well.

you right its not hard to make your own blog on bloggers but friend its very hard to make a blog high page rank so people rather very much interested to purchase high page rank blog instead of making new blog and they can earn good from this.

ACtually some people abusing the pr system and selling Pr2 blogs at such a low rate you can't imagine ,it is unfortunate.

You means now people selling PR2 blogs with low rate? Then can you recomend where can i find those blogs who selling cheap? with pr2 rank blog, i can easily earn a lot from articles posting like pay per post site.
