Any idea about internetbased advertising in google adsense

Recently i got a message from the google adsense that they are launching internet based advertising for which we have to make some changes to our sites privacy policies, I actually didnot understand what to do exactly, it should be done within 8th april2009, anyidea u people can give.

i dont know what you are talking ,internet based advertising is adsense itself so what changes they will make?

Interest-based advertising will allow advertisers to show ads based on a user's previous interactions with them, such as visits to advertiser website and also to reach users based on their interests (e.g. "sports enthusiast").

Yes I also got that mail and they asked us to take action within April 6, 2009. I can't understand what they are saying about interest-based advertising and what action should we take within that time. If we would take no action at all, what will happen?
