if you really want designer of good quality then better to try at script lance i know you will get quality designer .

i can only design some simple html pages.it is easy but i think it is enough for me cause if i need complicated script then i will download cms scripts and install it.

Its good but we should know the management of the CMS script because its not easy to handle any cms script now a days people simply using the 1-click installers, but customization is also necessary.

designing website with basic html is quite easy but for the website to look good there must be some graphics which can't be developed by html.i too am interested in webdesigning and am trying to learn a little basics about it.

you can make design any layout with html if you want to decorate beautifully your site home page then you have to work on java script , java will make more attractive your site.

hey,i think 1-click installer is also suitable to cms,lol
because i had a site last year and now it is expired already cause i do not like the domain.
i will start a new site with cms in another day.
