Looking for EU VPS

Can you help me with finding perfect EU VPS?
I`m looking for vps: 2 cores, 4 GB RAM, 10-50 GB SSD, 1 gbps netowrk port, best if unlimited bandwidth.
Price: about 25$ per month. I want to host a website which will allow to view movies and tv shows online. I will upload video file at server.
Any reviews on Exmasters.com vps solutions, please? Does anyone know such a hosting provider?

VPS accounts from hostsailor.com and inet.ws are worth trying.
Not complaints up to date. Not a single, at all! Sites are always up and speed is just great.

Plans from libertyvps.net and planethoster.com are worth every cent you pay for their services.
They have been very reliable hosting sites, and I've been completely satisfied with their service. I probably over-use their support pages when I have a problem making changes to my websites, but they are always courteous and straighten me out.
