site is too old.and now upgradation fee is much higher so it is not advisable to upgrade account. this site is profitable for those who had upgraded account when site was launched by renting more and more refferrals.
you are right $90 is too much to upgrade if some body will invest $90 and no referrals he/she can't make profit it is for sure.It is very foolish to invest in ptc.
