VPS accounts from legionbox.com and rockhoster.com are attractive for me and I am in two minds which way is better to follow and why? Any ideas?

Well, Rockhoster.com team is always helpful with questions for beginners. Reliable and affordable prices. Like their Linux VPS. They were extremely patient as I cluelessly asked for various ports to be opened to allow extra functionality on one of my sites.
