This is so generic question you have asked.. There are many true sites for earning online. This is the one on which you are posting and similar to this forum there are many more. If you look at the blog of mine you will gets lots of good sites which are really paying.

I prefer to work on PTP forums and reviews sites.. which will get you more money then any other. If you have your own site with good traffic then you can earn manh more..
